One of Telangana & Hyderabad’s largest real-estate developers, Aparna Constructions & Estates is set to invest ₹2,250 crores in their largest residential project – Aparna Zenon at Puppalaguda, Hyderabad. The company announced this information via a media release recently. The project in Puppalaguda – Aparna Zenon is a huge residential project taken up by Aparna Constructions and the project is expected to be complete by 2027. It is a large project spread over 37 acres of land.

The large residential project will have more than 3,600 units on sale distributed across 14 blocks of 33 floors each. The project by Aparna Constructions in Puppalaguda will offer flats in configurations of 1BHK, 2BHK & 3BHK of sizes ranging from 1,020 sq. ft. to 2,250 sq. ft. As the scale of the project is so massive, it will take a while before units are ready for occupation and the construction of the whole project is complete, but Aparna Constructions promise to have the Aparna Zenon project completed by Q2 2027.

Aparna Constructions Managing Director S.S. Reddy stated that the company has new launches coming up in both residential & commercial segments and the company is confident in scaling up its growth to 30%. To match the pace of the company’s growth and the requirement of workforce for the new upcoming launches, Aparna Constructions is planning to strengthen its workforce by hiring more than 1,500 individuals in various roles across different locations.

Aparna Zenon, the large gated community project in Puppalaguda will have all luxurious & basic amenities. The project amenities include a multi-sports complex, a large commercial block and a huge clubhouse of more than 80,000 sq. ft. Solar panels will be installed to provide electricity generated via solar power to the common area grid to reduce energy consumption and optimize energy utilisation & savings across the project. Aparna Zenon will also have a centralized gas bank to provide cooking gas to all apartments individually and will be pre-fitted with gas meters to measure consumption by each apartment.
